Ahwal e Aimma Mujtahideen Fiqah wa fan e Fiqah

كَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا فِيكُمْ رَسُولاً مِّنكُمْ يَتْلُو عَلَيْكُمْ آيَاتِنَا وَيُزَكِّيكُمْ وَيُعَلِّمُكُمُ الْكِتَابَ وَالْحِكْمَةَ وَيُعَلِّمُكُم مَّا لَمْ تَكُونُواْ تَعْلَمُونَ

ترجمہ:اسی طرح ہم نے تمہارے اندر تمہیں میں سے (اپنا) رسول بھیجا جو تم پر ہماری آیتیں تلاوت فرماتا ہے اور تمہیں (نفسًا و قلبًا) پاک صاف کرتا ہے اور تمہیں کتاب کی تعلیم دیتا ہے اور حکمت و دانائی سکھاتا ہے اور تمہیں وہ (اَسرارِ معرفت و حقیقت) سکھاتا ہے جو تم نہ جانتے تھے

(Likewise, We have sent to you (Our) Messenger from among yourselves who recites to you Our Revelations and purifies and sanctifies (your hearts and ill-commanding selves) and teaches you the Book and inculcates in you logic and wisdom and enlightens you (on the mysteries of spiritual gnosis and divine truth) which you did not know) [Al-Baqarah:151]

     Biradran-e-millat jis tarah hamare Rasool-e-Akram [صلى الله عليه وسلم] ko Allah paak [سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى] ne mumtaz (distinct/eminent) kiya. Aap [صلى الله عليه وسلم] hum ko Allah [سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى] ki Ayatein padh kar sunatein hain aur hum usko yaad rakh kar Qaari ho jaate hain aur hum ko kitaabullah ki ta’leem daite hain aur hum Mufassir (exegetes)-o-Muhaddis (scholar of hadith) kehlaate hain aur hum ko hikmat ki ta’leem daite hain aur hum Mushtahid (jurist),  Mutakallim (theologian) aur sufi / aarif (sage) kehlaate hain aur hum ko apni faiz-e-sohbat-o-tarbiat se Alaaesh-e-Maadiaat (nafsani gandagi) se paak kardete hai aur hum mein noor-e-roohaniat jalwa gar hoti hai. In ke siva, aur bohot se uloom-o- ma’arif (Aosaaf-e-hameeda aur uloom-zahiri-o-baatini) sikha te hain, jun-se hum waqif na the.

   Yeh baat, Tareeq ki haqiqat ke taur par musallam (proved) hai ke Mashriq-wo-Magrib ke tamaam qanooni nizaam (judicatures) Islaami usool-e-ilm-o-qanoon (Principles of classic Islamic Science and law) se bharpoor istefaada ke zariye musalsal taraqqi ki manazil tai karte chale aarahe hai. Lekin khud musalmaan, ek arsa hua usool-e-ilim (Quran, Hadith, Fiqha) ko mehraab, masajid aur madarson ki zeenat bana kar apne aap se bekhabar khaab-e-gaflat mein sar gardaan hain bajus chand uluma-e-haq ke, jo in zuroori usool-e-uloom ki roshni se aaj bhi nunawwar hain. Magar, koun hai jo un uluma-e-haq ki qadr karta, un ki sohbat ekhtiaar karta aur apne aap ko roshan dil-o-dimaag honeki jad-o-jehd karta hai. Aaj Ulumaa-e-Suu (Naam nihaad Ulama) ka tasallut gehra hota jaaraha hai aur uluma-e-haq tak pahunchne ke raaste har taraf se band hote nazar aarahe hain.

     Pehle, hamare nizam-e-taaleem aur nizam-e-tehzeeb ki jaan yeh uloom-e-usool hua karte the, lekin aaj, hamare nisaab-e-ta’leem mein unaani mantiq (Greek Logic), ghair-islaami falsafa aur lisaniyaat (Non-Islamic Philosophy & Linguistics) ke ghair zuroori fan-e-mubaahis ka is qadr tasallut hai, ke hamaare naujawaanaun mein  KalaamUllah, Kalaam-e-Rasool [صلى الله عليه وسلم] ko saanawi (secondary) aur zimni (incidental) haisiat haasil hogayi hai, phir usool-e-fiqha ka kya haal hosakta hai? In Islaami uloom-e-usool se be-ea’tenaai (doori) ka nateeja hai ke humare fikr-o-tehqeeq ke sar-chashmen (Intellectual Springs) khushk aur irteqaa-e-tehzeeb (Progressive culture) ka amal mo a’tal sa ho gaya hai aur Musalmaan raja’at pazeed (conservative) nazar aarahe hain.

     Hum Musalmaan, Quraan ke Aalim tow hain, magar Asaalib-e-Quraan (Quranic Modes of Expression) se naa-waaqif, Ahaadith-un-Nabawi ke hafiz to hain par Istedlaal (Reasoning) se Qaasir (Incapable) hain. fiqha (Islamic Law) ke maahir tow hain magar tabqa (hikmat aur quwwat-e-tameezi) se aari (door) hain. Is ka sabab sirf ek hi ho sakta hai ke ilm-e-usool-e-tafseer-wo-hadith aur fiqha se gaafil hein. Un akaabir uluma-e-salaf aur mua’asir ki shaqsiyaat ke kaar haa-e-numaya (field of work) jo un uloom ki hifazat-wo-tadween (Compliling and Safeguarding) ke silsile mein hain, se be-ea’tenaai aur be ta’aluqi hain. yeh woh haqiqi ulumaa-e-deen hain jinhone Naqsh-e-Qadm-e-Rasool pe qayam reh kar, Munkireen-e-Kitaab-o-Hadith ki saazishuon ke khilaaf Deen ko bahifaazat hum tak pahonchaya.

    Quran-o-Hadith-o-Fiqha ke Uloom-o-Usool jab tak Musalmaanon ki ta’leem-wo-tawajjoh ka markaz rahe ilmi-tehreek (creative knowledge and awareness) parwaan chadti rahi aur usi se Tehzeeb-o-Tamaddum (Culture and Civilization) ke idaare wajood mein aaye, aur Afaaqi-wo-saainsi Riwaayaat (legend of Universal Science) bhi mutahakkim hui aur aalam-e-diniya mein aman ka sehra Musalmanon ke sar raha.

Chunaanche yeh mehsoos kiya gaya ke Millat ke Naujawaanon ko hattalmaqdood un uloom-e-usool se waqif karaya jaaye. Aur hamare akaber Uluma-e-haq-o-Mufassireen-o-Muhadditheen-o-Fuqaha se muta’arif karaya jaaye taake unme deeni ehsaas-o-lagan aur shouq ujaagar ho aur phir se taraqqi pizeer ho jaaen.

    Naqsh-e-Qadm-e-rasool series ke teen jildon mein Ahwaal-e-Aimma aur Fann-e-Tafseer, Hadith, Fiqha-e-islaami par mabni, nihayat aasan aur mufeed andaaz main sawaal-o-jawabaat ki soorat mein Millat ke Naujawan talba ke liye ilmi tohfa (gift) hai. In kutub ke naamon ki wajh-e-tasmiya mujh Ahkhar ko munkashif-o-tafwees hue hain. Aur in kutub mein woh sabkuch ba husn-e-khoobi moujood hain jo ilm-e-tafseer-wo-fan-e-tafseer, ilm-e-hadith-o-fan-e-hadeeth aur ilm-e-fiqha-wo-fan-e-fiqha ki ta’leemI Tulbaa ke liye nihayat mufeed hain.
